Returns Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Each listing is described as accurately as possible. Please read the listing to see if it accurately matches your need, if you need further information, do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to please my customers, if you have received an item and are not pleased, contact me at joanna [!at] immediately and I will make sure you are satisfied. I will refund or exchange items if you are not satisfied with them. You can return it provided you return it within 1 to 2 days of receipt. I will refund you the full amount once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order. Items must, of course, be unused and undamaged and you are responsible for shipping costs. I also accept exchanges on the same terms as the refund. When I have received the item and I am convinced that it is in ideal condition, I can send you another item chosen from my shop or I can refund the money for the item returned. The buyer is obligated to pay for the shipping costs of the replaced item. If the item is in worse condition than at the time of purchase or has been damaged, it is not possible to receive a refund or replace the product. I will send out items once payment has been cleared. If you are ordering a custom made product it will take an extra week to send. I will aim to send out as soon as possible.
